Our manufactory in Thailand
The majority of our Paighh clothing is manufactured in a small, family-run production facility in the heart of Thailand. There is great importance on a pleasant working atmosphere, good working atmosphere, personal demands and individual development. Our tailors: Sometimes partly work in the surrounding villages of home and can also take care of their families and spend more time with them, and at the same time contribute to a living. Unfortunately, not many people get this opportunity in Thailand. That is why we support our producers where we can and promote this great model together with you.
Our efforts around fair working conditions, the protection of the environment and the fair trade in Thailand were finally recognized by the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO). Among other things, this is committed to the support of socially and economically disadvantaged minorities. We have been able to status since the end of 2019 “Guaranteed Fair Trade Member” carry what we are very proud of.
Handmade accessories with attention to detail
Our accessories are created in constant cooperation with local Thai artists: inside and current designers: inside. These create unique products with a traditional background with loving details and creative ideas. Here traditional craftsmanship is connected to modern influences and we are happy to help the artist: to help inside their great work into the world. We are proud to be able to offer unique accessories, bags, wallets and much more and to support and promote our partners with every product.
Quality and design of our fashion pieces
Paigh's quality standards begin with the selection of fabrics for our pants, towels, skirts, kimonos and jumpsuits. Only the most beautiful patterns and the best quality make it to our tailors: inside, where they are cut and lovingly handcrafted. In cooperation, the models and cuts are further developed, improved and to the wishes of our customers: adapted inside. For example, we use special seam methods to make the seams more robust and more beautiful, use more complex edge degrees and attach great importance to details with every step.

A happy coexistence
Paigh stands not only for colorful and fair fashion, but also for social diversity and openness. The employees: Inside in Thailand, four different continents come and seven different languages are spoken in the workshops. With this versatile gathering of people from all over the world, we also want to welcome the diversity and possibilities of the whole world at Paigh. Here everyone should get a chance of a fairly paid job, security and option, no matter where you come from. People who have been disadvantaged or neglected for political or religious reasons are also given the opportunity to improve their lives through a safe job. It is often difficult or impossible for people in these problem regions to find a job. Paigh can gain experience, build skills and contacts and have universal advantages for further (professional) life. These special features not only shape the working atmosphere positively, but also make the workplace an exciting, creative and advanced place for everyone involved.
Work and support together
The support of the employees in Thailand near Paigh is something very special. We actively promote the creative development and development of the employees. Interested employees: Learning lessons can visit their design and creative skills inside and thus expand their skills and learn new things. Another extraordinary offer is offered three times a week. The linguistic, economic, manual and social skills of the employees: Inside, which we promote and support in Paigh, enable the Thai employees throughout the entire life.
Unsere Manufakturen in Indien
Some of our Paigh products are produced in small manufacturers in India-by women and founders: inside who have built up their own business with a lot of heart and courage.
These workshops are located in northern and southern India, where traditional craftsmanship and modern design come together. We find it particularly beautiful: Many of the people who work there have been part of the team for over ten years. You quickly notice that there is a familiar cooperation here, with respect and joy in work greatbe written.
All manufacturers with which we work are GOTS, OCS and BSCI certified. This means that it is paid to environmentally friendly materials and fair working conditions. In addition, the workshops have planned to switch completely to sustainable production by 2026.
This is exactly what is important for us at Paigh: products that arise with love and care - from people who understand their craft.
Our manufactory in Portugal
Our bio cotton clothes come from a work in Barcelos, which is a city in northern Portugal. Portugal's textile industry has a long tradition, which means that there is a great wealth of experience - luckily also in terms of sustainability. Our partner producer, with whom we have teamed up, has state-of-the-art machines and resource-saving methods of processing. For example, only fabrics in organic quality are used there for the fashion pieces produced for Paigh. The fashion pieces are produced water-saving and with significantly reduced CO₂ emissions. Relationships with the workers: inside and the partner: inside, as we are one, are highly written and are based on mutual respect, trust and both sides.
The production facility is Sedex certified. These seals ensure that important social and ecological requirements for working conditions, health and environmental protection as well as ethical business practices are met. It is also awarded the standard 100 label from Oeko-Tex®. The seal guarantees the health of health of the clothing by checking any components of the articles on pollutants.
In addition, the operation is checked according to the internationally recognized SMETA standard, which ensures a transparent and fair supply chain. We are also particularly proud of the support of sustainable initiatives such as the Seaqual ™ initiative that is committed to protecting our oceans. This gains new high -quality textile fibers from sea waste - another step towards environmentally conscious production, which we take with conviction.
