1. The item must be unworn and undamaged.
2. Visit our returns portal and register your return. For each product, you can choose between a return, an exchange, or a gift voucher.
If you choose an exchange, you can select your desired product directly there. Always enter the exact product name.
3. You are welcome to send the return in the shipping box in which you received your order.
4. Since we do not provide automatic return labels, please write the return address (below) on the package.

5. We do not offer free returns. In this case, you must cover the cost of sending the item back. Would you like to know why? Find out more below*.
6. As soon as we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and send you the requested replacement item promptly. Please check beforehand that the desired item is still in stock.
If you can no longer find your delivery note or return form, please send us a brief email at support@paigh.com with your order number, and we will be happy to send you the documents again.
* Studies have shown that offering free returns has a significant negative environmental impact. (Find out more here http://www.retourenforschung.de/definition_statistiken-retouren-deutschland.html) Since we also try to minimize our environmental impact when shipping, we have decided to apply this approach to returns as well. We aim to make it easier for you to choose the right fashion item with our size chart and fast, easy support, so that you are happy with your product and want to keep it right away.
If your product already has a defect upon delivery or suffers damage that was not your fault or is disproportionate, please contact us immediately so that we can help you quickly. In any case, we want you to be satisfied with your product!
To process your case quickly, we need a few details from you: Please send us 1–2 meaningful photos of the damaged area. Please provide a brief description of the damage and/or how it happened. Please also include the order number and specify which item from the order is affected. You are welcome to send this information to us by email at support@paigh.com.
We will take care of it as quickly as possible and get back to you soon with a solution. We apologize if you are having trouble with your paigh product and hope you will be happy with it again soon :)
To conserve resources, and because not all our customers need invoices, we do not automatically include them with orders. If you need an invoice, simply send us a short email at support@paigh.com with your order number, and we will create the invoice for you and send it to you digitally right away.
Would you like to return (part of) your order, receive a refund
and thus exercise your right of withdrawal?
If you would like to return an item, you can easily exercise your right of withdrawal within the first 30 days after purchase. Simply send the item back to our warehouse within this period. Include the “return form” enclosed with your order in the package and fill it out according to the instructions for a “return.” Please send your return to:
Viking Logistics GmbH

We will refund the full purchase price as soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected. You will receive the money via the same method you used to make the payment for your order.
Please make sure that the slip with the barcode is attached to the product when returning it.
In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs depend on which service provider and shipping method you choose. You can decide this yourself. As a rule, the costs are around €5.
You can find more information about returns on our returns page.
Orders to Switzerland can be placed through our online shop as normal. Please note that customs duties and VAT will be charged on the purchase price.
An alternative option is to shop through meineinkauf.ch:
MeinEinkauf.ch takes care of all customs formalities and, for a service fee starting at CHF 17.90, delivers the goods directly to your doorstep. Depending on the size of your order, this may be worthwhile for you.
You can find all further information at: https://meineinkauf.ch
Did you place an order and only realize afterward that the address was incorrect? This can happen, but we’ll sort it out :)
Usually, your order is transferred to our system immediately and delivery preparations begin. It may therefore be too late to change the address by the time you contact us, as there is only a 15-minute window to do so. In that case, we’ll need to create a new order for you and send it to the correct address. Please provide us with the correct address for this. Depending on where the “incorrect” package is headed, we may need to wait until it has been returned to our warehouse or until the tracking information shows that it is on its way back.
We’ll do everything we can to get your order to you quickly and hassle-free :)
We offer the following payment methods:
Klarna – Instant Bank TransferKlarna – Pay Now PayPalGoogle PayApple PayCredit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)BancontactEPS.
We do not offer payment in advance or payment by invoice. If none of the payment methods listed above is suitable for you, please feel free to contact us by email at support@paigh.com so that we can find a solution for you.
Unfortunately not. We try to work as sustainably as possible, and that also applies to the returns process. Studies (see, for example, http://www.retourenforschung.de/definition_statistiken-retouren-deutschland.html) show that although free returns increase order volumes (which would be good for us), more orders are also placed without first checking the sizes carefully and then have to be returned. This, in turn, increases both outgoing and incoming shipments and therefore results in a larger ecological footprint.
We appreciate your understanding and support for our approach, so that together we can help protect our environment :)
Of course, if a return is necessary due to a defect or error, that is different, and you will not incur any costs. In that case, please write to us briefly at support@paigh.com and describe the situation so that we can find a solution for you.
We do everything we can to ensure that your paigh fashion items arrive at your home as quickly as possible. If the items are in stock, your order is expected to arrive within Germany within 1–3 business days. Please bear in mind that, unfortunately, we have no influence over the delivery or operations of our shipping provider DHL. As soon as your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to DHL, you will receive an email with a tracking link. There, you can see where the parcel currently is and when delivery is scheduled. From this point onward, unfortunately, we are no longer able to influence the shipping process. If your order has been in transit for too long or you notice anything unusual in the tracking information, please contact us at support@paigh.com, so that we can look into it and help you.
Please note that you must be registered with a DHL Packstation to use this service.
1. Enter the Packstation number or postal outlet number in the “Address” field as “Packstation/Postfiliale + [Nummer]”.
2. Enter your personal postal number in the “Additional address” field.
3. Enter the city and ZIP code of the Packstation/postal outlet in the respective fields.

Size, Fit & Material
For an overview of the measurements of our various models, feel free to check out our size chart.
In general, our garments—especially the harem pants and palazzos—are very flexible and adaptable thanks to their elastic waistband. It can stretch to twice its size and adapts wonderfully to different sizes and body shapes. That’s why the harem pants are also a great companion during pregnancy and adapt to your changing body.
If you’re unsure and between two sizes, you should choose the larger size. After all, they should be comfortable, and the wide elastic waistband will provide the necessary support without slipping, even if you usually wear a smaller size in other garments :) If you’re still unsure, feel free to email us at support@paigh.com and we’ll take another look together. Or ask in our Facebook community :)
No, we haven’t changed the fit. However, we have noticed that some trousers may fit slightly smaller after being stored in our warehouse for an extended period than other trousers in the same size. In our assessment, this is because the viscose fibers contract and the fabric becomes creased during storage. Gently ironing at a low temperature relaxes the fabric, and the trousers can become up to 5 cm longer. If your trousers seem smaller or shorter than usual, you’re welcome to try the “ironing trick” after the first wash, with no obligation. It also helps to stretch the fabric lengthwise and back into shape while it is still wet after washing. You can repeat this a few more times while the trousers are drying if you want to be on the safe side :)
If that doesn’t work or you have any questions about it, please feel free to contact us anytime at support@paigh.com
Our classic harem pants are particularly well suited for pregnancy, as the very wide and elastic waistband rests comfortably against the skin and around the belly without digging in, while providing excellent support and comfort. The size should naturally leave some room for growth as your belly gets bigger. You’ll still be able to wear the pants after pregnancy, as the waistband does not stretch out as much because the elastic is distributed across several bands, allowing the pants to fit snugly around your hips again while still providing support.
The colors of the lightweight viscose fabric may vary in intensity depending on the lighting. For example, the colors appear different outdoors in sunlight than they do at home on the sofa. On a screen, the fabric may also look slightly different depending on the screen and its settings than it does in reality. Please bear this in mind when viewing our product images as well.
We listened to your request and, together with our manufacturer, developed a plus-size version of our harem pants. We slightly enlarged the crotch area with a so-called “gusset” and reinforced the seams to make them more durable. Since this requires a little more material and labor, we had to adjust the price slightly so that we could produce the pants in a small batch. We hope this will give even more people the opportunity to feel comfortable in their favorite cozy, colorful, and fairly made pants, and we appreciate your understanding.
If your garment develops pilling, also known as “pilling,” there is no need to worry. There are a few tricks you can try to remove any pills that have already formed. An electric fabric shaver is the best and most effective option here. It removes the pills quickly and safely, leaving the fabric smooth again. If you do not own or cannot borrow a fabric shaver, there is another option. You can also use a standard wet razor to gently “shave” the affected areas while the fabric is dry. Place the fabric on a firm surface and move the razor straight along the fibers. The newer or sharper the blades, the better it will work, but of course you also need to be more careful.
If these tricks do not work or you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution that makes you happy.
By the way, it is of course best to prevent pilling from occurring in the first place. With the right care and a few tricks, you can easily prevent these unsightly pills.
To do this, it is helpful to know how pilling occurs in the first place. Particularly after production, some loose fiber ends may still be present in the fabric because we do not use a chemical “anti-pilling” treatment after production. These fibers become tangled through friction with other garment surfaces while being worn or in the washing machine, forming pills.
To prevent this, it is best to treat the fabric with a simple lint brush or roller before wearing it for the first time and before washing it for the first time. This allows you to remove the fibers before they become tangled. It is also advisable to wash the garments inside out, as this reduces friction on the outside of the fabric. A gentle cycle with mild detergent is the best choice if you want to prevent pilling.
If you remove fibers from the garment with a lint brush from time to time, you should no longer have to worry about pilling and will be able to enjoy your garment for a long time :)
Since we do not subject our viscose fabrics from Thailand to intensive prewashing after production, the garments may bleed a little more during the first few washes than you are used to from other clothing. We therefore recommend washing your paigh garment at least once on its own or with clothes that are very colorfast before wearing it for the first time. After that, you can use a color-catcher sheet at the beginning of the next few washes, for example, to be on the safe side.
After the first few machine washes, the color should be completely set, and you can wash the clothing normally in the machine at 30° with your other colored laundry.
Tip:
Once again, one of our favorite household helpers, vinegar, can be useful here. For example, before the first wash, you can soak the garment for 30 minutes in one part vinegar and two parts lukewarm water. This sets the color in the fibers and reduces color bleeding. This keeps the color bright and vibrant for longer.
Occasionally adding vinegar to the wash (half a cup in the fabric softener compartment) is generally a good idea and helps keep the fabric fresh, soft, and vibrant.
There are various ways to use vinegar in the laundry, so it is best to find out more online about what makes the most sense for you :)

Viscose is a fabric made from cellulose, which in turn is obtained from renewable resources such as wood.
Viscose requires less water and energy compared with conventional cotton, for example. In addition, no pesticides are used in its production. Nevertheless, we had our viscose fabric tested for harmful substances at an independent laboratory in Germany. All tests came back negative, and no harmful substances were detected. This naturally matched the producer’s information, but now we could be completely certain. Viscose is therefore a fabric made from renewable raw materials, requiring few resources and no pesticides. It is also comfortable and practical, as the fabric takes up little space and dries very quickly. And then there are our enchanting patterns, which add the perfect finishing touch. You can find more information about the materials we use here.
Fair Trade & Sustainability
The World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) is an association of more than 400 international fair trade organizations. The WFTO recognizes companies that work to improve the living and working conditions of producers in developing countries. Following audits of our producer and our operations in Germany, we received “Guaranteed Fair Trade” member status at the beginning of 2020. We are very proud of that :) Learn more about the WFTO and its work.
You read about it everywhere and hear about it everywhere. But what is the big topic of Fair Trade actually all about? Why is it so important, especially in the textile industry? And what are we doing to meet the requirements of fair and sustainable trade? The term “Fair Trade,” meaning fair commerce, primarily refers to compliance with certain social and environmental standards in trade with developing countries. Producers can be certified by an independent organization through a seal/label, thereby making fair trade, with all its various aspects, a binding objective of their business activities. In our case, our efforts were recognized by the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) with the “Guaranteed Fair Trade Member” label. The WFTO places great importance on supporting marginalized groups in developing countries and protecting children, families, and our environment. You can find more information about our collaboration with the WFTO here.
Organic Cotton has many proven advantages over conventional cotton.
At the forefront is the significantly lower consumption of fresh water, known as “Blue Water,” for Organic Cotton, as Organic Cotton is irrigated primarily with rainwater or moisture stored in the soil, known as “Green Water.” According to a study by Textile Exchange (2014), the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of Organic Cotton, this results in a 91% reduction in fresh water consumption for organically grown cotton. Particularly in growing regions with limited water availability, cultivating Organic Cotton provides significant and important relief for the environment.
Another major advantage of Organic Cotton is that it is grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. This greatly benefits workers on cotton fields, as they would otherwise be exposed to high levels of harmful substances during conventional cultivation, which can have serious health consequences. In addition, there are no pesticide residues left on the fabrics when they are stored in our closets as finished garments and worn directly against our skin all day.
This also includes avoiding genetically modified seeds, using gentle and natural hand harvesting, and preventing monocultures.
Organic Cotton therefore offers many remarkable advantages when it comes to addressing the challenges of our time.

Go Green is a service from DHL that aims to provide sustainable, low-emission transportation and delivery of parcels. Emissions are reduced, for example, through the use of electric vehicles, Packstations for deliveries, and environmentally friendly packaging and materials. Remaining and unavoidable emissions are offset through investments in climate protection projects aimed at binding CO2, which is why the delivery is described as climate-neutral in the CO2 balance.
We also know that the best emissions are those that never occur in the first place. That is why we ship our products in extra-small, space-saving packaging to avoid “shipping air” and thereby reduce the number of transport loads. We also do not offer free returns in order to keep the return rate and the associated emissions low. To prevent returns from the outset, for example due to ordering multiple items to choose from, you can contact us anytime by email at support@paigh.com. We are happy to provide you with detailed advice so that you order the right product straight away and want to keep it immediately :)
