Switzerland & United Kingdom (UK)

DHL: 3-7 working days – €9.99 (free shipping for orders over €100.00 including VAT)

Orders to Switzerland can be placed as normal in our online shop. Please note that customs duties and VAT will be charged on the purchase price.

The shipping free limits do not apply to the purchase of vouchers, as these are sent purely digitally. This means that you always have to exceed the shopping cart limit for free shipping with physical products from our shop.

2. Shipping information

Please keep in mind that the packaging and shipping costs do not just include the pure postage costs. This also includes transport insurance, shipment tracking services, personnel costs for logistics employees and packaging. If you have any questions or suggestions, we will be happy to help you.

We also ship within the EU climate neutral.

3. Delivery time

We do everything we can to ensure that your paigh fashion pieces arrive at your home as quickly as possible. If the items are in stock, your order will reach you within Germany within 1-3 working days. For payment methods that do not involve direct payment, the delivery time depends on receipt of payment on our reference account.
