You want to return something and exchange it for another item or size? It is very simple. We have summarized the most important steps here. Please have a look at our size chart for an overview and the exact specifications of our products
1. Please send the unworn and undamaged items back to our warehouse. You can use the original shipping box you received your order in. Please make sure that all labels and tags are back on the product.
2. Please put the return form in the package, check "Exchange" and fill in the fields according to the instructions. Please make sure that all necessary information (exact item name, size, quantity) is legiblynoted on the return slip. Since we do not have automatic return labels to print out, please note the address on the package itself:

In this case you have to bear the costs for the return. Which shipping service you choose is up to you. You want to know why we decided against free return shipping?Find out more under the point "Costs of return".As soon as we receive the item, we will process the case as quickly as possible and send you your desired exchange item immediately, free of shipping costs. Differential payments when exchanging for a more expensive product or a credit will be processed via the same payment method you chose when placing your order.
Please follow the same procedure as for an exchange (see above), just mark "Return" on the return form and send us the return within 14 days to our warehouse address. Once we have received and inspected the shipment, we will refund you the same way you paid for it.

If your product has a defect upon delivery, or if you experience damage to one of your paigh garments through no fault of your own, please contact us so that we can help you quickly

To apply for your free return on your first order: Please contact us at support@paigh.com, use the contact formular in the bottom of the page. Please state your "Order Number" for faster Identification. After Identification we will send you your return shipping label.
