You want to return something and exchange it for another item or size? It's very simple. We have summarized the most important steps here. Please also have a look at our size chart for an overview and the exact specifications of our products
Please send the unworn and undamaged items back to our warehouse. You can use the original shipping box you received your order in. Please make sure that all labels and tags are back on the product.
Please put the return form in the package, tick "exchange" and fill in the fields according to the instructions. Please make sure that all the necessary details (exact item description, size, quantity) are noted legibly on the return slip. Since we do not have automatic return labels to print, please note the address on the package itself
We do not offer free return shipping. In this case you have to bear the costs for the return. It is up to you which shipping service you choose. You want to know why we decided against free return shipping? Find out more under the point "Costs of return".
As soon as we have received the item, we will process the case as quickly as possible and send you your desired exchange item free of shipping costs. Differential payments for an exchange to a more expensive product or a credit will be processed via the same payment method you chose when placing your order.
Please proceed as with an exchange (see above), simply tick "Return" on the return form and send us the return within 30 days to our warehouse address. As soon as we have received and inspected the shipment, we will refund you in the same way you chose when making the payment.

Costs of the return
Free returns are very popular in online retail and usually lead to more orders and a higher turnover of the retailers who take over the return costs for their customers. Of course, such offers still incur costs and effort for such a "free" shipment. These are simply added to the product prices by the retailers and thus passed on to the customers. In the end, even with "free" return shipping, the customer bears the costs for the return and, for the most part, even those who keep their goods and do not make use of the return shipping. This would affect a large part of our regular customers and for this reason alone we want to speak out against this strategy of the large online retailers.
But of course, it's just as much the environmental impact of avoidable returns that leads us to this. 2 out of 3 online orders in the fashion sector are returned, which represents a huge environmental impact due to increased resource use in the industry.
