Would you like to send something back and exchange it for a different item or a different size? That's easy. We have summarized the most important steps here. Please also take a look at our size table for an overview and the exact details of our products
1. Please send the unworn and undamaged items back to our warehouse. You are welcome to use the original shipping box in which you received the order. Please make sure that all labels and notes are back on the product.
2. Please put the return slip in the package, tick "Exchange" and fill out the fields according to the instructions provided. Please make sure that all necessary information (exact item name, size, quantity) is written down legibly on the return slip. Since we do not have automatic return labels to print out, please write down the address yourself on the package:

We do not offer free returns. In this case, you have to pay the costs for the return. Which shipping service provider you choose is up to you. Do you want to know why we decided against free returns? Find out more about this under “Return costs”. As soon as we receive the item, we will process the case as quickly as possible and immediately send you your desired exchange item free of shipping costs. We process difference payments when exchanging for a more expensive product or credit using the same payment method that you chose when placing your order.
Please proceed as with an exchange (see above), just tick “Return” on the return slip and send us the return to our warehouse address within 30 days. As soon as the shipment has arrived and been checked, we will refund you the amount using the same method you chose when paying.
Please let us know why you don't want to keep the item so we can learn from your feedback.

If your product has a defect upon delivery or there is disproportionate or no fault of your own to one of your paigh clothing items, please contact us so that we can help you quickly.

Please leave the order number of the order and which item from the order it is. Return costs
Free returns are very popular in online retail and usually lead to more orders and higher sales for retailers, who cover the return costs for their customers. Of course, such offers still incur costs and effort for such a “free” shipment. The retailers simply include these in the product prices and then pass them on to the customers. In the end, even with “free” returns, the customer bears the costs of the return and, for the most part, even those who keep their goods and do not use the return service. This would affect a large part of our regular customers and for this reason alone we want to speak out against this strategy of the large online retailers.
But of course it is also the environmental impact of avoidable returns that leads us to this. 2 out of 3 online orders in the fashion sector are returned, which represents an enormous environmental impact due to the increased use of resources in the industry. With transparent and detailed information as well as detailed and individual advice for our customers, we want to eliminate uncertainties when purchasing as best as possible and thus avoid selective orders with several items to try on.
