Have you ordered something but you don't like it or it doesn't really fit you and you would like to exchange it for something else?
It's very simple :) Just note the following:
1. The goods must be unworn and undamaged.
2. Fill out the return form (included with the order) according to the instructions and tick “Exchange”.
3. You are welcome to send us the return in the shipping box in which you received your order.
4. Since we do not offer automatic return labels, please note the return address (see below) on the package.

5. We do not offer free returns. In this case, you have to pay the costs for the return. Do you want to know why? Find out more about this below*.
6. As soon as we receive the return, we will process the case as quickly as possible and send you the desired exchange item immediately. Please check beforehand that the desired item is still in stock.
If you can no longer find your delivery note or return form, please send us a short email to support@paigh.com with your order number and we will be happy to send you the documents again.
* Studies have shown that offering free returns has a high negative environmental impact. We try to make your decision on the right fashion item easier with our size chart and quick and easy support, so that you are happy with your product and want to keep it straight away.
If your product has a defect upon delivery or if damage occurs that is not your fault or is disproportionate, please contact us immediately so that we can help you quickly. In any case, we want you to be satisfied with your product!
In order to process your case quickly, we need some information from you: Please send us 1-2 clear pictures of the damaged area. Please provide us with a brief description of the damage and/or how it happened. Please also leave the order number of the order and which item from the order it is. You can send this to us by email to support@paigh.com.
We will take care of it as quickly as possible and will come back to you with a solution soon. We apologize if you have any trouble with your paigh product and hope you are happy with it again soon :)
In order to save resources and because invoices are not required by all of our customers, we do not automatically include them with orders. If you need an invoice, please simply write us a short email to support@paigh.com with your order number, then we will create the invoice for you and send it to you digitally immediately. üp
You would like to return (part of) your order and receive your money back
and therefore make use of your right of withdrawal?
If you would like to return an item, you can easily exercise your right of withdrawal within the first 30 days after purchase. Simply send the item back to our warehouse within the deadline. Place the “return form” included with the order in the package and fill it out according to the instructions for a “return”. Please send the return to:

We will refund you the entire purchase price as soon as your reroute has arrived at our warehouse and been checked. You will receive the money in the same way you made the payment when ordering.
Please make sure that the note with the barcode is on the product when returning it.
In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. These costs depend on which service provider and shipping method you choose. You can decide that for yourself. Typically the cost is around €5.

Orders to Switzerland can be placed as normal in our online shop. Please note that customs duties and VAT will be charged on the purchase price. Did you place an order and only then noticed that the address was incorrect? That can happen, but we'll manage it :)
As a rule, your order is immediately transferred to our system and delivery is prepared. It may therefore be too late to change the address by the time you write to us, as this is only a 15 minute window. Then we have to create a new order for you and send it to the correct address. Please provide us with the correct address. Depending on where the "wrong" package is going, we have to wait until it is back in our warehouse or until it can be seen in the shipment history that it is on the way back.

Unfortunately no. We try to work as sustainably as possible and this also applies to the returns process. Studies (see e.g. http://www.retourenforschung.de/definition_statistics-retouren-deutschland.html ) show that free return shipping increases order quantities (which would be good for us), but at the same time more orders are placed without any change Please inform us thoroughly about the sizes beforehand and then have to be returned. This in turn increases outgoing and incoming shipments and thus causes a higher ecological footprint.

We do everything we can to ensure that your paigh fashion pieces arrive at your home as quickly as possible. If the items are in stock, your order will reach you within Germany within 1-3 working days . Please note that unfortunately we have no influence on the delivery and working methods of our shipping service provider DHL. As soon as your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to DHL, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment. There you can see where the package is currently located and when the scheduled delivery is. From this point on, we unfortunately no longer have the opportunity to influence the shipping process. Basically, our garments, especially the harem pants and palazzos, are very flexible and adaptable thanks to the elastic waistband. This stretches up to twice as much and adapts wonderfully to different sizes and body shapes. Therefore, harem pants are also a great companion during pregnancy and adapt to different circumstances.
If you are unsure and are between two sizes, it is better to take one size larger . After all, it should be comfortable and the wide elastic waistband will give you the support you need and won't slip, even if you wear other items of clothing a size smaller :) If you are still unsure, please send us an email to support@paigh .com and we'll look at it again together. No, we didn't change the cut. However, we have noticed that after some trousers have been stored in our warehouse for a longer period of time, they turn out to be slightly smaller than other trousers of the same size. We believe this is because the viscose fibers contract and the fabric becomes wrinkled during storage. By gently ironing at a low temperature, the fabric expands and the trousers can become up to 5cm longer. If your trousers seem smaller or shorter than usual, you are welcome to try the “ironing trick” without obligation after the first wash. It also helps to stretch and shape the fabric while it is still wet after washing. You can repeat this a few times while drying if you want to be on the safe side :)

Our classic harem pants are particularly suitable for the period of pregnancy, as the very wide and elastic waistband fits comfortably on the skin and around the stomach without cutting in, while at the same time providing a high level of support and comfort. Of course, the size should still have room for improvement if your belly continues to grow. The pants will still fit you after pregnancy because the waistband doesn't wear out as much because the stretch is distributed over many elastic bands on the waistband and the pants will still fit around your hips with support.
The colors of the light viscose fabric can change their intensity depending on the light. For example, the colors shine differently outside in the sunlight than at home on the sofa. Depending on the screen and settings, the material can appear slightly different on a screen than in reality. Please also take this into account when looking at our product images.
We have complied with your request and, together with our producer, have developed a plus-size version of our harem pants. Here we have slightly enlarged the crotch area with a so-called "gusset" and reinforced the seams to make them more resilient. Since a little more material and work is required here, we had to adjust the price slightly in order to be able to produce the pants in a small batch. We hope to give even more people the opportunity to feel comfortable in their favorite comfortable, colorful and fair pants and hope for your understanding.
If your garment is experiencing pilling, also known as pilling, there is no need to worry. There are a few tricks you can try to remove nodules that have already formed. The best and most effective option here is an electric lint shaver. This removes the knots quickly and safely and makes the fabric smooth again. If you don't own a lint razor or can't borrow one, there is another option. You can also use a standard wet razor and use gentle pressure to “shave” the fabric in the affected areas while it is dry. To do this, place the fabric on a firm surface and run the razor straight along the fibers. The newer or sharper the blades, the better it works, but of course you also have to be more careful.
If these tricks don't work or you are not satisfied with the result, be sure to contact us immediately so that we can find a solution that you are happy with.
By the way: Of course it's best if you don't allow pilling to occur in the first place. With the right care and a few tricks, you can easily prevent unsightly nodules.
It's good to know how pilling occurs in the first place. There are still loose fiber ends on the fabric, especially after production, as we do not use a chemical “anti-pilling” treatment after production. These fibers then become tangled when worn due to friction with other surfaces of clothing or in the washing machine, causing pilling.
To prevent this, it is best to treat the fabric with a simple lint brush or roller before wearing it for the first time and before washing it for the first time. This way you can remove fibers before they get tangled. It is also advisable to wash the garments inside out as this reduces friction on the outside of the fabric. A gentle program with mild detergent is the best choice if you want to prevent pilling.
If you use a lint brush to remove fibers from the garment every now and then, you should no longer have to worry about pilling and you will be able to enjoy your piece for a long time :)
Since we do not intensively pre-wash our viscose fabrics from Thailand after production, the garments may discolor a little more during the first few washes than you are used to with other clothing. We therefore recommend washing your paigh garment in the washing machine at least once before wearing it for the first time, alone or with very color-resistant items . Afterwards, you can, for example, use a color catcher cloth for the next few washes at the beginning to be on the safe side.
After the first few washes in the machine, the color should have completely solidified and you can machine wash the clothes as normal with your other colored laundry at 30° .
Tip:
Once again, one of our favorite household helpers , vinegar, can be useful here. For example, you can soak the garment in one part vinegar and two parts lukewarm water for 30 minutes before washing it for the first time. This fixes the color in the fibers and reduces color bleeding. This means the color stays bright and rich for a long time.
Occasionally adding vinegar to the laundry (half a cup in the fabric softener compartment) is generally a good thing and ensures a fresh, soft and shiny fabric.

Viscose is a material that consists of the basic material cellulose, which in turn is obtained from renewable resources such as wood.
Viscose requires less water and energy consumption compared to, for example, conventional cotton. In addition, no pesticides are used in production. Nevertheless, we had our viscose fabric tested for harmful substances in an independent laboratory in Germany, whereby all tests were negative and no harmful substances were found. Of course, this corresponded to the information provided by the producer, but now we could be really sure about it. Viscose is a fabric made from renewable raw materials, with low use of resources and pesticides and is simply comfortable and practical because the fabric takes up little space and dries very quickly. And then our enchanting patterns come into play and put the icing on the cake. Here you can find more information about the materials we use.
Fair Trade & Sustainability
The World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) is an association of over 400 international fair trade organizations. The WFTO honors companies that are committed to improving the living and working conditions of producers in developing countries. After audits at our producer and here in Germany, we received “Guaranteed Fair Trade” member status at the beginning of 2020. We are very proud of that :) Find out more about the WFTO and its work .
You read it everywhere, you hear about it everywhere. But what is the big issue of fair trade actually all about? Why is it so important, especially in the textile industry? And what do we do to meet the demands of fair and sustainable trade? The term “Fair Trade” primarily means compliance with certain social and environmental standards in trade with developing countries. This means that producers can be certified by an independent organization with a seal/label and make fair trade in all its sub-areas a binding goal of business activity. In our case, our efforts have been recognized by the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) with the Guaranteed Fair Trade Member label. The WFTO places great emphasis on supporting marginalized groups in developing countries and protecting children, families and our environment. Organic cotton has many proven advantages over conventional cotton.
At the forefront is the significantly lower fresh water consumption, so-called “blue water”, of organic cotton, as organic cotton is largely irrigated with rainwater or moisture stored in the soil, so-called “green water”. According to a study by the Textile Exchange (2014), the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of Organic Cotton, this leads to a 91% reduction in fresh water consumption for organically grown cotton. Growing organic cotton is a significant and important relief for the environment, especially in growing areas with little water supply
Another big advantage of organic cotton is that it is grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. This is a great relief for the workers in the cotton fields, as they are otherwise exposed to a high degree of pollutants in conventional cultivation during their work and this can have serious health consequences. In addition, there are no longer any pesticide residues on the fabrics when they are in our closet as a finished item of clothing and we wear them on our skin all day long.
In addition, there is no use of genetically modified seeds, gentle and natural harvesting by hand and the avoidance of monocultures.

Go Green is a service from DHL that aims to ensure sustainable and emission-reduced transport and delivery of parcels. Emissions are reduced, for example, through the use of electric vehicles, the use of packing stations for deliveries and the use of environmentally friendly packaging and materials. Emissions that still occur and cannot be avoided are offset by investments in climate protection projects with the aim of binding CO2, which is why the delivery is described as climate-neutral in the CO2 balance.
We also know that the best emissions are those that don't occur in the first place. That's why we ship our products in extra small and space-saving packaging to avoid “air shipping” and thus generate fewer transport loads. We also do not offer free returns in order to keep the return rate and the associated emissions low.
