Viscose products
The information refers to our Pants as well as ours More viscose clothing.
Please note the following when the laundry of your viscose products
- Wash before carrying for the first time
- Wash the clothes in a gentle program (e.g. fine washing program) at max. 30 degrees
- Make sure that your washing program has not prescribed a too high spin speed. If possible and necessary, the turnover number manually reduce to 400-800 revolutions
- Do not bleach
- Not chemically clean
- Do not dry in the tumble dryer
Note: In some older harem pants, the washing instructions for the hand washing are still given. We made this for caution at the beginning, but have now noticed that gentle machine washing is not a problem. So you can also wash these harem pants in the machine as described above.
- In the first washes, the products can lose some color. The pattern does not misfortune and does not turn. This is because we do not wash several times in order to keep the environmental pollution on site as low as possible. However, this is not a problem and lies down after the first washes. If you are unsure, wash the parts alone or use a color catch cloth.
- In order to avoid and prevent any nodules ("Pilling"), you can edit the garment before the first washing with a lint brush. Since we do without a chemical "anti-pilling" processing after production, there can still be a few lint on the fabric that you can remove.
- Ironing: only with a low temperature and best in a moist state.
- PAIGH fashion pieces made of viscose dry and are therefore not only suitable for traveling because of the practical pack size and weight.
- If you are unsure about a laundry, you can use a color catcher cloth for safety
- If the fabric contracts something after a laundry and "entering into" this is not always reason to worry. Viscose fiber contract something depending on the wash cycle and circumstances. In most cases you can do this again with a few tricks. Wash the part again and pull the fabric gently apart on all sides and end after the laundry. Then hang up the part lengthways on the waistband and let the fabric hang up and dry. If this does not lead to success, please contact our support team support@paigh.com to look for another solution.
- We have found that some pants are somewhat smaller after a longer storage than other pants of the same size. This is because the viscose fibers contract and the fabric is crumpled by storage. Due to a gentle ironing at a low temperature, the fabric widens and the pants widen up to 5cm longer. If your pants are smaller or shorter than usual, you can try the ironing trick without obligation after the first laundry. It also helps to pull the fabric into the length and shape after washing in a wet state. If this does not work or if you have a question, please contact us at always at support@paigh.com.
Cotton products (organic)
The information refers to our Basic collection as well as ours Loungewear collection. The respective care instructions are always on the product.
- Wash the clothes in a gentle program (e.g. fine washing program) at max. 30 degrees
- Do not bleach
- Not chemically clean
- Do not dry in the tumble dryer
- Iron: only with low temperature
- Household trick: Give half a cup of white table vinegar (5% acid, or diligence 1: 5 in water) into the fabric softener of the washing machine. This keeps the clothing soft and is particularly practical for clothing with elasthan content, as this keeps the Elasthan fibers soft and elastic. But vinegar is also a good home remedy for sustainable laundry for every other laundry. Before that, find out more about details beforehand :)
- In order to protect the beautiful fabric from too much friction and load when washing, you can wash the parts on the left.
- Our 100 % organic cotton pants can initially be lint-this is part of the natural quality of the material. We deliberately forego multiple ways to protect water and resources on site. The excess fibers that remain in the fabric after production dissolve by themselves after the first washes. This makes the fabric stable and durable. We recommend editing the pants in advance with a lint roller and washing them in a laundry network so that the lints can be absorbed.
- Knote (if available) the cords of the clothing by a light knot so that they don't get stuck anywhere or pull out
