Spring in the glass: Our favorite smoothie recipes for new energy
As the days get longer and the first rays of sunshine tickle our skin, many of us feel the urge for a fresh start. Spring invites us to blossom – from within, too. And what could be better than a smoothie packed with fresh ingredients that refreshes not only the body but also the soul?
Why smoothies are so good right now
After winter, our bodies often feel a bit sluggish. Hearty meals, less exercise, and gray days take their toll. With spring comes a return of the desire for lightness – and smoothies are a wonderful way to enjoy this feeling in a light, healthy way. They provide us with vitamins, minerals, and fresh energy without being burdensome. At the same time, they offer us small, mindful moments of pleasure in our often hectic daily lives.
Fresh ingredients, fresh energy
The beauty of smoothies: They're colorful, creative, and full of possibilities. Whether sweet or green, creamy or refreshing—anything goes, whatever makes you feel good—and whatever makes you glow. Especially in spring, there are many seasonal ingredients that are in full season and give your body exactly what it needs: Strawberries, rhubarb, spinach, cucumber, mint, and fresh wild herbs are not only delicious, but also real energy boosters.

Tips for more mindfulness when mixing && Drink
Smoothies are more than just quick meals—they can become little rituals for your well-being. Take a moment to consciously select and chop the ingredients. Perhaps you're listening to music or opening the window to get some fresh spring air.And when drinking, too: Breathe deeply, sit consciously, and savor each sip. Feel the new energy spreading through your body.

Enjoy sustainably
Whenever possible, use seasonal, organic ingredients or buy locally. Smoothies are a perfect way to deliciously utilize leftover ingredients—an overripe banana, a forgotten apple, or the last head of lettuce in the fridge all find a delicious new purpose. Glass straws or smoothie bowls make the whole thing even more sustainable—and more appealing.
