40 inspiring questions for deep conversations - creating fulfilling connections

Regardless of whether you just met or have been friends for years: sometimes you want to go deeper. These 40 questions will help you reflect, get to know each other (even better) and share moments together.

Exchanging ideas about music, series, politics, hobbies or everyday work can be fun. Together with our friends, relatives or other acquaintances, we get upset, make jokes and communicate. However, we feel much more connected to our counterparts when we exchange ideas about the things that touch our hearts. The things we haven't told a thousand times before. The things that we ourselves often think about but never say out loud. The things we may have never thought about.

We get to know ourselves by talking to other people. This cannot be avoided at all. Because the way we conduct conversations, what questions we ask and how we react to the other person says a lot about ourselves. But we hardly notice this in everyday life; after all, we can't concentrate on everything at the same time. Observing yourself from a bird's eye view while having a conversation with a friend or a stranger can be quite revealing.

The topic of the conversation itself can be just as informative. Because when we are seriously asked what we would actually do in situation x, how we would decide between options y and z or what we really think about this and that, our heads start to rattle. In a good way. Our brain becomes even more active when we interact with others. The input of those involved in the conversation can create new connections between neurons or strengthen existing neuron networks. And that can never hurt!
